  • Yes, all sessions are private.

  • At this time, insurance is not accepted. However, a superbill can be provided upon request, allowing individuals to submit it to their insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • During the initial consultation, parents can be present. However, subsequent sessions are primarily one-on-one with the child to build trust and confidence. If needed, family therapy will be recommended to address broader concerns.

  • We offer teletherapy for flexibility and convenience.

  • You don’t have to figure that out alone—that’s part of my job. In our first few sessions, we’ll discuss what you’re experiencing and what you hope to change. From there, I’ll recommend an approach (or a blend of approaches) that best fits your needs.

  • Feeling nervous about beginning therapy is a common reaction, signaling your readiness to confront and work through personal issues. Your therapist is there to create a comfortable, supportive environment, making it easier to share and work through your feelings, turning anxiety into growth.
